Club Room

With a king-size bed, the rooms are equipped with air-conditioner/heater. Each room features a Bedroom perfect for two adults along with a private balcony or a lawn with resort or valley view. With LED television and tea/coffee maker, your stay will be comfortable and how!

Pool Side Superior Room

Each of the 4 Superior Rooms features a private lawn. These rooms are spacious and suitable for families. Dining room, spa, swimming pool and the Indoor games centre are closest to this room.

Pine Wood Cottage

A luxurious design that showcases some elegant decor. The cottage is designed in such a way that will inspire and enhance your stay at Sitabani. The room is a perfect blend of comfort and privacy. Each cottage has a personal lawn and large private sit out (Spacious Balcony) overlooking the forest. Now, who doesn’t want to live like a king of the jungle! (Tiger in this case.)

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies payable directly to FABgetaways at time of booking. Dates and prices have been identified in the Booking Calendar.

Blackout Dates: There will be dates on which this deal will be unavailable. Dates for these have been marked on the booking calendar under blackout dates.

Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on 'Book Now' and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge and blackout dates are identified.

7-day Change of Heart Refund Policy: We always have one deal better than the other. So we understand your change of heart. Within seven days of purchase, we’ll happily give you an option to cancel your booking, with a full refund, as long as the cancellation date is at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations after seven days of purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty apply.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% payment. A no-show on the day of arrival will incur charges equivalent to a full stay.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child (aged below 12 years) or three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Child Policy: One child (aged between 6-12 years) may stay at the Club Room for a surcharge of INR 1500 per night. One child (aged between 6-12 years) may stay at the Pool Side Superior Room for a surcharge of INR 1625 per night. One child (aged between 6-12 years) may stay at the Pine Wood Cottage for a surcharge of INR 1750 per night.

Two children (aged below 6 years) may stay free of cost in all the rooms using the existing bedding.

Extra Guest Policy: One adult (aged 13 or older) may stay at the Club Room for a surcharge of INR 2100 per night. One adult (aged 13 or older) may stay at the Pool Side Superior Room for a surcharge of INR 2275 per night. One adult (aged 13 or older) may stay at the Pine Wood Cottage for a surcharge of INR 2450 per night.

The package cannot be split.

Connecting rooms are not available.
