The property – Saga Of The Lost World

Century-old warehouses make up Xandari Harbour which are also some of the last warehouses in the area. Focussing on MLHS’ conservation, the three buildings that comprise the property serve different purposes. One served as a chummery or lodging house for ship captains that eventually became a decent hotel. The other waterfront housed spices and groceries like rice.

Modestly restored and majorly left untouched theses buildings and their maritime legacy find a renewed being today at Xandari Harbour. The 16-gem box of a hotel is walking distance from Calvathy boat jetty and midway between Vasco Da Gama Square and the famous Dutch palace. Guests can easily get a view of the harbour and the bustling spice trade mark from their meticulously done guestrooms and suites. The resort beautifully preserves the age old stories of the harbour and its warehouses.

The Spice Suite also looks over the water, with the added feature of offering snapshots of Bazaar Road. Of the 14 guestrooms, four are on the waterfront, four have private gardens and the rest have large picture windows that frame panoramas of blue and the vibrant colours of trade.

7-day Change of Heart Refund Policy: We always have one deal better than the other. So we understand your change of heart. Within 7 days of purchase we’ll happily give you an option to cancel your booking, with a full refund, as long as the cancellation date is at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations after 7 days of a purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty applies.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation less than 45 days from the date of arrival will incur a full payment. A no show at the day of arrival will also incur charges equivalent to a full stay.
