7-day Change of Heart Refund Policy: The Change of Heart Refund Policy does not apply to this deal, as we're sure you won't have second thoughts about this particular getaway!
Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charges, provided that the change is made at least 30 days prior to the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. The final decision regarding date changes is at the sole discretion of the Hotel and the Hotel reserves the right to decline a change in dates, should availability not exist on newly requested dates.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation will incur a full payment. A no show at the day of arrival will also incur charges equivalent to a full stay.
Each package is valid for two adults
Maximum Guest Capacity: For Superior and Deluxe Room, the maximum room capacity is two adults and one child (aged below 6 years) or two adults. For the Executive Deluxe Room, the maximum guest capacity is two adults and two children (below 12 years) or three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.
Child Policy: One child (aged between 0-12 years) may stay for a surcharge of AED 174 per night at Deluxe and Executive Deluxe Room with all the package inclusions (as given in Highlights), payable directly to the resort.
Extra Guest Policy: One adult (aged 13 or older) may stay for a surcharge of AED 347 per night for Executive Deluxe Room with all the package inclusions (as given in Highlights), payable directly to the resort.
The package cannot be split.
Connecting rooms are not available.

Two, Levantine restaurant Olea will impress you beyond words as they serve food from Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and Palestine preparing hot and cold mezze and traditional favourites like musakhan (roasted chicken with sumac). Talking about the breakfast spread, you will enjoy good hot and cold options, and thoughtful details such as gluten-free bread and seven types of honey.
