7-day Change of Heart Refund Policy: We always have one deal better than the other. So, we understand your change of heart. Within 7 days of purchase, we’ll happily give you an option to cancel your booking, with a full refund, as long as the cancellation date is at least 30 days before the arrival date. For cancellations after 7 days of purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty apply.

Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charges, provided that the change is made at least 30 days before the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. The final decision regarding date changes is at the sole discretion of the Hotel and the Hotel reserves the right to decline a change in dates, should availability not exist on newly requested dates.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation will incur a full payment. A no-show on the day of arrival will also incur charges equivalent to a full stay.

Maximum Guest Capacity: For the Deluxe Room, The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child (aged below 12 years) or three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 2,400 per night, with an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly at the resort.

Child Policy: A child (aged between 0-5 years) may stay free of charge. Where applicable, a child aged between 6-12 years may stay at a surcharge of INR 2,400 per night, which includes an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly to the resort.

Offbeat Experiences: The hotel can arrange an exclusive Elephant Safari or a Heritage walk for you at a surcharge. The hotel also arranges for evening entertainment for its guests.

Splendid pool: The swimming pool at Alsisar is an experience in itself. Adjoining the courtyard, the pool is decorated with traditional tiles that appear like a silver peacock.

Wellness Centre: A fully equipped health and wellness centre is located in the premises of Alsisar. It also offers steam bath and sauna facilities at an additional charge.

• Durbar Hall- The multicuisine restaurant brings the world’s cuisine under one roof. Adorned with hues of gray and green, the ambiance of the restaurant is serene and perfect for any of your meals during the day. The lights and ambiance transform the entire property by the evening and the delectable food leaves you craving for more.

Spa: Two luxurious rooms have been converted into a Spa and offer a variety of massages and therapies to refresh you after a day of exploration.

Other features: The Haveli houses a chic library for its guests. Baby sitters can be arranged on request and special care has been taken for the specially-abled with ramps and lifts. The property also has a shop on site named Tokree.

The hotel is located 13 km away from Jaipur airport. Jaipur airport is well connected with all the major cities.

Jaipur is 300 Kms away from Delhi if you plan to take a little road trip to Alsisar Haveli.

The Jaipur Railway Station is situated just 1.9km away from the hotel.The rail connectivity is good and trains from western and Northern regions alight and depart from Jaipur daily.
