Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged below 12 years) or 3 adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 1180 per night, with an extra bed and breakfast, payable directly at the resort.

Pantnagar Airport, located 58 km (approx. 2 hours) away, is the nearest airport to the retreat. It has regular flight connectivity with the influx of direct flights from Delhi and Dehradun and connecting flights from other major cities, such as Ahmedabad and Pune.

By Rail

Kathgodam Railway Station, located 25 km (approx. 1 hour) away from the retreat, is the nearest railhead. The railway station has decent rail connectivity with the availability of trains from various cities, such as Delhi, Lucknow, and Dehradun.

By Road

State Transport and private buses regularly ply for Kathgodam and Nainital from Delhi, Chandigarh, and various cities of Uttarakhand, from where you can get a taxi to reach Bhimtal. You can also drive to the retreat via an 8.5-hour (387 km) route from Delhi, a 7.5-hour (321 km) route from Dehradun, an 8.5-hour (381 km) route from Lucknow, a 9-hour (412 km) route from Kanpur or a 9.5-hour (472 km) route from Chandigarh.
