7-day Change of Heart Refund Policy: We always have one deal better than the other. So we understand your change of heart. Within 7 days of purchase we’ll happily give you an option to cancel your booking, with a full refund, as long as the cancellation date is at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations after 7 days of a purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty applies.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity in Deluxe Room is two adults and one child (below 12 years) or three adults. The maximum room capacity in Executive Room is two adults and one child (below 12 years) or four adults and the maximum room capacity for the Royal Duplex is two adults and two children (below 12 years) or five adults. Hotel Cancellation Policy: A cancellation 15 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% payment. A no show at the day of arrival will also incur charges equivalent to a full stay.

Extra Guest Policy: One adult (aged 12 or older) may stay for a surcharge of INR 6500 per night in all the three room categories.

Child Policy: One child (aged between 0-5 years) may stay free of charge and one child (aged between 6-11 years) may stay for a surcharge of INR 4500 per night in any of the three room categories.

Connecting Room are not available.

Flights to Delhi are available from all the domestic airports in India. On reaching Delhi, you can go all the way to Bhimtal via bus or a private car. Trains for Kathgodam Railway Station can be availed too. Kathgodam Railway Station is around 21 kilometres away from the resort. Flights for Pantnagar Airport in Uttarakhand are the ones from Air India only. Pantnagar Airport is approximately 54 kilometres away from TAG Resort Lavanya Bhimtal. Guests can easily avail a cab or a bus from the airport to reach the resort.
