FABgetaways is a members-only luxury travel platform, specialising in personally curated travel deals. You can sign up on our platform and book deals from 4-star deluxe, 5-star and boutique properties from around the world.
What can I do on FABgetaways?
After signing up, you can browse through our list of deals. When you like a particular deal, you can click on it to know more about it. Each deal will have multiple package options based on the number of nights, room category, and inclusions. You can choose the package of your liking and proceed to ‘Book Now’.
What am I actually buying on FABgetaways?
On FABgetaways, you’re buying a deal which includes a room from a 4-star deluxe, 5-star or boutique property, along with inclusions like daily breakfast, complimentary cocktails, spa credits, etc. which change with each deal.

What is the difference between a deal and a package on FABgetaways?
A deal is what is showcased from a particular property on our website. Each deal has package options you can choose from. These package options will be differentiated on the basis of room category, inclusions, and number of nights.
How do I book a deal on FABgetaways?
To book a deal on FABgetaways, you need to select a package and click on ‘Book It’. You then click on ‘Book Now’ which opens the booking calendar. You then select your dates of travel, and proceed to the payment gateway.
Can I book my dates offline?
No, dates cannot be booked offline. However, our Travel Concierge will be happy to help you with the process and guide you to book the dates online.
Do you charge an extra booking fee?
No, we do not charge an extra booking fee.
Where can I view the details and inclusions of the deal I have booked?
The details of the deal you have booked can be viewed within the ‘My Account’ section of the website. We also send across an email with a voucher once your booking is confirmed. This voucher contains all your booking details.
Where can I find my booking confirmation i.d.?
You will be able to find your booking confirmation i.d. in your confirmation email as well as the ‘My Booking’ section in ‘My Account.’
Can I book a deal that has expired?
No, the deals which have expired will not be bookable.
I have booked a deal but I can’t travel on those dates - can I change my travel dates?
Yes, you will be able to have one free date change as long as the hotel has availability for the dates you require and the change of date is not within 30 days of your stay. The final decision will be at the discretion of the Hotel.
Can I book the same deal for consecutive dates?
Yes, the same deal can be booked for consecutive dates if the deal is available for the consecutive dates.
Can I book two different packages from the same deal for different dates?
Yes, the same deal can be booked for consecutive dates if the deal is available for the consecutive dates.
Can I book my flights through FABgetaways?
Currently FABgetaways does not provide flight bookings.
What if I have a complaint while I’m away on a FAB getaway?
If you face any problems or have any complaints whilst away on your getaway, you can email our travel concierge team at travelconcierge@fabgetaways.com or call them on +91 90990 61000 between 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Saturday so we can get the problem resolved as soon as possible. We expect all of our members to have an enjoyable and pleasant experience with all of our deals.
What are FABcredits?
FABcredits are credit points that you can earn on FABgetaways in certain ways. For instance, if you refer FABgetaways to someone, you get 1500 FABcredits credited into your account. These credits can be used to purchase deals on FABgetaways.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten the password to your account, you can click on ‘Forgotten password’ under the Sign In tab. You will then receive an automated email with a link to change the password. Once you click on the link, you will be directed to a page where your password can be reset.
How can I refer FABgetaways to someone?
You can refer FABgetaways and its deals to friends and family via email, Whatsapp, and Facebook Messenger. A unique referral code will be shared with you which will be sent to the person you want to share it with.
If more than one person recommends FABgetaways to someone, who gets the referral credits?
A unique code is attached to every referral. The referral code that leads the recipient to take a trip through FABgetaways, is the referral that will be counted.
Do I get anything if I refer FABgetaways or its deals to my family and friends?
Any time you refer FABgetaways or its deals to anyone, 1500 FABcredits will be added to your account once your friend completes their trip with us. These FABcredits can be used once a purchase, followed by travel, is made using your referral code.
Cancellatios
If a booking is to be cancelled, you can cancel it within 7 days from the purchase of the package with the ‘Change of Heart’ policy, as long as the travel dates are not within the next 30 days. The refund will be processed within 14 business days.
