Orienting from the idea of minimalism, Xandari Pearl is a resort comprising of 27 villas spread across 18 acres of picturesque fishing village of Mararikulam. The property is architectured in a way that none of the 27 villas seem far from the sea. Five out of the 27 villas have plunge pools. Snuggled in large gardens, the villas are a benchmark when it comes to comfort and privacy.

Keeping ease and luxury in mind, all the villas are well-crafted with the concept of laidback luxury in a lush, green, natural setting. The centre of attraction of this property is the open air shower area and dining spot in a sand lined patio. Added to that, each villa has a garden-facing desk. You can lay back with a book or indulge in the shower open to the sky - any way, you’ll surely leave the world behind. At Xandari Pearl, there’s an 80 seat all-day dining restaurant that overlooks the pool and offers serenity amidst the coconut, mango and cashew trees. Your Villa – Solace Amidst Nature

You are never too far from the sea in any of the 27 villas, five of which have plunge pools. Designed to accommodate two guests, all villas are crafted with the concept of laidback elegance in a natural, green setting. All villas include a large private garden with sandy sit-out, private dining area, hammock and chaise lounge. Showers open to the sky add the ultimate luxury.

Blue and green are the color accents that represent sea and land, embracing the "pearl feeling" that white represents. Designed with relaxation in mind, all villas are television-free zones.

7-day Change of Heart Refund Policy: We always have one deal better than the other. So we understand your change of heart. Within 7 days of purchase we’ll happily give you an option to cancel your booking, with a full refund, as long as the cancellation date is at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations after 7 days of a purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty applies.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation less than 45 days from the date of arrival will incur a full payment. A no show at the day of arrival will also incur charges equivalent to a full stay.

Ayurvedic Massage Room: The dim yellow light inside the Ayurvedic massage room will soak into your skin as soon as you enter. The fragrance of exotic herb oils blends with soft music in the room, relaxing every inch of you. Stressful jobs and neck aches are best treated with one of their massages, so don't bother carrying your laptop! Their in-house Ayurvedic doctor consults and prescribes therapies and treatments using their own homegrown medicated oils.
