Beachfront Villa: (88 sq.m.) The Beachfront Villa features an ocean-facing bedroom which opens out onto an expansive verandah; giving optimum views of the Indian Ocean. Unwind on the sun lounger with a cocktail in hand.

Beachfront Jet Pool Villa: (88 sq.m.) Featuring a jet pool for your private use all day, the Beachfront Jet Pool Villa is the ideal abode for a holiday. Recline with the scenic splendour of the ocean at your doorstep.

Deluxe Beachfront Pool Villa: (207 sq.m.) The Deluxe Beachfront Pool Villa lets you indulge in the comforts of an open-air private plunge pool any time. 7-day Change of Heart Refund Policy: We always have one deal better than the other. So we understand your change of heart. Within 7 days of purchase we’ll happily give you an option to cancel your booking, with a full refund, as long as the cancellation date is at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations after 7 days of a purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty applies.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: A cancellation will incur a full payment. A no show at the day of arrival will also incur charges equivalent to a full stay.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child (below 12 years). See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: An extra person (12 yrs and above) can stay at a surcharge of USD 400 per night. The given rate is inclusive of return seaplane transfers, package inclusions (as given in Highlights) and all taxes, payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: An extra child (4 yrs-11 yrs) can stay at a surcharge of USD 200 per night. The given rate is inclusive of return seaplane transfers, package inclusions (as given in Highlights) and all taxes, payable directly to the resort.

Green Tax: As per Maldives law, the tourist has to pay USD 6 per person per night (regardless of age) to the resort directly.
