The property — Hip, Style & Elegance

With some touch of 19th-century neoclassical façade and a dash of the Parisian-inspired interior, SO Sofitel looks eclectic. Paris-based designer, Karl Lagerfeld gives a luxurious touch throughout the boutique property by installing custom-designed Lion’s Seal emblem on doorknockers. The hotel's designer, Singapore-based Frenchwoman Isabelle Miaja, has installed droll faux skylights inserted with images of the cupolas of certain European buildings.

The hotel, located in the city state’s Central Business District within an iconic historic building, opened its doors back in 2013 with 134 rooms and is geared towards attracting both business travellers and tourists.

SO Cosy Room

Situated in the SO Hip wing of the hotel, each SO Cosy room offers 24 square metres of vogue living space for up to two people. Fascinating French cupola-style lightboxes are the crowning glory of the SO Cosy rooms that blend traditional French heritage design and Singaporean style. High ceilings, beautiful panelling and gleaming glass walls lend a bright, airy feel to these supremely comfortable rooms.

The rooms are equipped with “world's first completely Apple-based guest technology"— it includes easy-to-use mini iPads controlling all room functions and iPhones for in-house calls. Apart from that, there’s free Wi-Fi, Illy espresso machine, multinational adaptor function and a classic urban view to make your stay stylish.

7-day Change of Heart Refund Policy: We always have one deal better than the other. So we understand your change of heart. Within seven days of purchase, we’ll happily give you an option to cancel your booking, with a full refund, as long as the cancellation date is at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations after seven days of purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty apply.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation will incur a 100% payment. A no-show on the day of arrival will incur charges equivalent to a full stay.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is one adult and one child (aged below 12 years) or two adults.

The package cannot be split.

Reviews

The hotel is a short 20-minute drive along the coast from Changi Airport. Flights for Singapore can be boarded from all the metro cities with an international airport in India. Airport transfers are available at a surcharge.
