The hotel was refurbished by Swiss architect Carlo Rampazzi, and décor is inspired by Russian tsars, for whom the palatial building was allegedly built in 1913.

 

Your Suite - Class Apart

Junior Suite - 55 sqm/65 sqm are designed by renowned Swiss designer Carlo Rampazzi and features a king-sized bed, luxurious lounge area, spacious bathroom and a private balcony overlooking St. Moritz Lake and the Swiss Alps.

Carlton Suite - 95 sqm are located on floors 1 to 4. These spacious suites feature an exclusive lounge with a dining table for six as well as a generous seating area. The comfortable bedroom provides direct access to the luxurious naturally lit bathroom. From the balcony you will enjoy the panoramic view of Lake of St. Moritz and the Swiss Alps.

With Venetian stucco ceilings and Murano glass lamps, Marble bathrooms with double sinks, free-standing baths, rainfall showers and Molton Brown toiletries — gives your room a perfect luxurious finish. Large televisions and Nespresso machines come as standard, and fresh fruit is replenished daily.

7-day Change of Heart Refund Policy: We always have one deal better than the other. So we understand your change of heart. Within 7 days of purchase we’ll happily give you an option to cancel your booking, with a full refund, as long as the cancellation date is at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations after 7 days of a purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty applies.

Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charges, provided that the change is made at least 30 days prior to the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. The final decision regarding date changes is at the sole discretion of the Hotel and the Hotel reserves the right to decline a change in dates, should availability not exist on newly requested dates.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation within 7 days of arrival will incur no charge. A no show at the day of arrival will incur charges equivalent to a full stay.

Child Policy: Two children (aged below 12) may stay free of charge with all the package inclusions (as given in Highlights), payable directly to the resort.

Extra Guest Policy: One adult (aged 13 or older) may stay for a surcharge of CHF 300 per night with all the package inclusions (as given in Highlights), payable directly to the resort.

The package cannot be split.

Carlton outdoor butler: Urs Wiederkehr is a 52-year-old who has lived in St. Moritz for more than 30 years and is a former ski instructor. He knows the Engadine like the back of his hand - his exceptional service is because of his local knowledge and social network. He takes the Carlton guests to look at hidden jewels - like going to the frozen lake late in the night, surrounded by thousands of stars, the Milky Way, and freshly fallen snow - it’s magical and an indescribable experience. For the first time this winter, his service can be booked for smaller groups as well.

Dry cleaning, laundry and pressing: To take care of your special clothing while you enjoy your getaway, dry cleaning services are provided. Get your everyday clothes washed and pressed with their laundry services at an extra surcharge.

Airport Shuttle service: Airport shuttle service for your convenient commuting is available at an additional cost.
