Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Each package is valid for two adults.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged below 12 years) or three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: An extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 2240 per night, which includes an extra bed and breakfast, payable at the resort directly.

Child Policy: Where applicable, a child aged between 0 - 8 years may stay free of charge, a child aged between 9 - 12 years may stay at a surcharge of INR 1680 per night, these charges include an extra bed and breakfast, payable directly to the resort.

Udaipur Airport, located 152 km (approx. 2.5 hours) away, is the nearest airport to the resort. It has excellent flight connectivity with the availability of direct flights from major Indian cities, such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Bengaluru.

By Rail

Abu Road Railway Station, located 13 km (approx. 20 minutes) away, is the nearest railhead to the resort. The railway station has decent rail connectivity with a regular influx of trains from various cities, including Ahmedabad, Udaipur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Mumbai, and Delhi.

By Road

State Transport and private buses regularly ply for Mount Abu from various cities of Gujarat and Rajasthan. You can also drive to the resort via a 2-hour (139 km) route from Udaipur, a 4-hour (211 km) route from Ahmedabad, a 6-hour (322 km) route from Vadodara, a 9-hour (477 km) route from Surat, an 8-hour (471 km) route from Jaipur or a 13-hour (741 km) route from Mumbai.
