For cancellations after 7 days of purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty apply.

Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 30 days before the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. The nearest bus station from the resort is 7.6 km (approx. 20 minutes) away in Munnar. While the private bus operators do offer regular buses, the state transport corporations of Kerala and the neighbouring states also provide bus services to and from their major cities such as Cochin, Bangalore, Chennai, Hosur and Coimbatore. Instead of taking a bus, you can also drive a car from these cities to reach the resort.

Situated about 95 km (approx. 3 hours) away from the resort, Udumalaippettai serves as the nearest railway station and has decent rail connectivity with the influx of trains from cities like Chennai, Coimbatore, Pune and Ernakulam.
