Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 7 days before the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. The final decision regarding date changes is at the sole discretion of the Hotel and the Hotel reserves the right to decline a change in dates, should availability not exist on newly requested dates.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits only, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child (aged below 12 years) or 3 adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 5000 per night, with an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly at the resort.

Child Policy: Where applicable, up to one child aged between 0 - 8 years may stay and eat free of charge on the existing bedding.

By Road

The Jaisalmer bus stand is located 15 km (approximately 18 minutes) away from the resort and is well-connected by road with cities such as Jodhpur, Ajmer, Udaipur, and Ahmedabad. You can also reach the resort via a 4.5-hour (approx. 277 km) drive from Jodhpur, an 8-hour (approx. 481 km) drive from Ajmer, a 9-hour (approx. 509 km) drive from Udaipur, a 10-hour (approx. 610 km) drive from Jaipur, a 10-hour (approx. 548 km) drive from Ahmedabad or a 14-hour (approx. 798 km) drive from New Delhi.

By Rail

The luxury retreat is located 16 km (approximately 22 minutes) away from the Jaisalmer Railway Station. It has decent rail connectivity with a regular influx of trains from various cities, such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Jaipur.
