Villa Kaffa - 116 sq.m :

Kaffa comes with a spacious bedroom and glass walls with an attached living room and open shower ideal for a small family with children. The deck area opens up to a gorgeous view of the estate. But the most unique feature of our single villa is the open shower with a gentle view of the open sky.

Villa Qahva - 116 sq.m :

Qahva is a sublime villa featuring twin-interconnected villas offering space but with full privacy. Each villa here comes with a private jacuzzi, king-size bed, flat screen television, and a perfect cup of coffee. It has large bedrooms and an adjoining living room at Java Rain Resort Chikmagalur.

Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 7 days before the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. The final decision regarding date changes is at the sole discretion of the Hotel and the Hotel reserves the right to decline a change in dates, should availability not exist on newly requested dates.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits only, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child (aged below 12 years) or 3 adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 5170 per night, with an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly at the resort.

Child Policy: Where applicable, up to one child aged between 0 - 5.99 years may stay and eat free of charge on the existing bedding.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed on or before 21 business days from the date of cancellation.

Crafted to perfection at a height of 50 ft, Crimson Peak offers the best panoramic view of the entire city of Chikmagalur and the Mullayanagiri range whilst highlighting the sunset point of the town. A short walk away from the villas is well worth the effort for the handcrafted cocktails and delicious appetizers at the bar that will leave you wanting more.

By Air : 

Mangalore Airport is the nearest airport. A cab can be hired to the resort which would take about 4 hours. The resort is also easily accessible from Bangalore. Both these airports have good flight connectivity with direct flights available to and from most major cities.

By Road : 

Drive up to the resort and make it a road trip. Distance from Mangalore is around 150 km which would make it a fun 4-hour drive and from Bangalore, it is around 240 km which would be a 4.5 hour drive.

By Rail :

Travel by train to Chikmagalur Railway Station which is only 25 mins away from the resort. It’s a 4-hour train ride from Bengaluru with quite a few train options.
