Deluxe Room - 20 sq.m.

Named as the East Room and the West Room, the two Deluxe rooms are prime examples of contemporary aesthetics and opulence. While both the rooms have their own connected bathrooms with the facility of hot and cold shower, the East Room is equipped with a comfy king size double bed and the West Room consists of two single beds which can be joined together to create a king size double bed. Besides, both the Deluxe rooms provide a picturesque view of the majestic Himalayan mountains.

Premium Room - 25 sq.m.

The Premium Rooms, also identified as the Blue, Green and Yellow Rooms, offer you an impeccable experience with luxurious amenities and awe-inspiring interiors. Each room is equipped with a cosy bed and its own spacious bathroom that consists of lush interiors and a refreshing rain shower.

7-day Change of Heart Refund Policy: We always have one deal better than the other. So, we understand your change of heart. Within 7 days of purchase, we’ll happily give you an option to cancel your booking, with a full refund, as long as the cancellation date is at least 30 days before the arrival date. For cancellations after 7 days of purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty apply.

Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 30 days before the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. The final decision regarding date changes is at the sole discretion of the Hotel and the Hotel reserves the right to decline a change in dates, should availability not exist on newly requested dates.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 2609 per room per night, with an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly at the resort.

Child Policy: Where applicable, a child aged between 0 - 2 years may stay free of charge, a child aged between 2 - 12 years may stay at a surcharge of INR 1304 per room per night, these charges include an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly to the resort.

Local Guides: If you wish to go on a mountain trail to explore the mountains, streams and Kumaoni villages, the hotel staff can suggest you the best routes or if required, can also arrange a local guide for you.

Local Taxi: The hotel staff is well-versed with the local taxi service and can definitely find you a comfy taxi at cost-effective fares to travel through the hill roads.

Dining: The experienced cooks in the hotel show the magic of their hands by offering you delectable Indian and Kumaoni dishes, complemented by some refreshing beer or wine.

• Dining Room: The dining room has enough occupancy for a group of 10 people to dine together. The picturesque view through the glass windows in the dining room soothes your soul as you savour your delicious meals.

Massage Room: There’s nothing better than having a rejuvenating massage in the serene and calming Himalayas. You can bust the stress of urban routine by requesting the hotel for a professional therapist beforehand.

Gym: You can hit the gym at the hotel which is equipped with an exercise bike with electronic control, free weights and a multifunction workout machine. In addition, you can also use the yoga mats to have a relaxing yoga session in the pleasant climate.

Accommodation for Domestic Staff/ Drivers: If you have your domestic staff or drivers travelling with you, the hotel takes good care of them by providing them comfortable accommodation.

The nearest airport is in Pantnagar that has a regular flight connectivity with the ingress of direct flights from Delhi and Dehradun. You can drive to Kathgodam from the airport in an hour and then take a 2-hour drive to Junoon in the Hills.

You can also hit the road to reach the hotel via an 8-hour drive from Delhi by taking the national highway and state highway leading to Moradabad and then to Kathgodam.

Kathgodam is the nearest railway station, at a 2-hour drive from the village of Darmani and it has a decent rail connectivity with the ingress of direct trains from Delhi, Lucknow, and Dehradun. The trains would bring you to Kathgodam in less than 9 hours from each of these stations.
