Your Rooms – An abode of wellness and luxury

Garden Villa – 54 sq.m : Located in a garden lined with palm trees in close proximity to the azure waters, you get a gaze of the beach that is several kilometres long. The thatched roofs and the local materials that make this luxurious accommodation is what attract visitors the most. The Garden villa features twin beds or a double bed, a private sit-out and a partly open-to-sky bathroom. These rooms are also wheelchair-friendly with no steps and fitted railings in the bathroom.

Garden Villa with Private Pool – 81 sq.m : With an open-air bathroom and a private pool, you’ll be teleported to fantasy land with the ambience that this villa creates for you. The aesthetic décor highlights the simplicity and elegance of these rooms, making the entire stay a classy experience. It comes with twin beds or a double bed and all the modern amenities required minus a TV, so you can enjoy views of nature's best instead.

Blackout Dates: There will be dates on which this deal will be unavailable. Dates for these have been marked on the booking calendar under blackout dates.

7-day Change of Heart Refund Policy: We always have one deal better than the other. So we understand your change of heart. Within 7 days of purchase, we’ll happily give you an option to cancel your booking, with a full refund, as long as the cancellation date is at least 30 days before the arrival date. For cancellations after 7 days of purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty apply.

Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charges, provided that the change is made at least 30 days before the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. The final decision regarding date changes is at the sole discretion of the Hotel and the Hotel reserves the right to decline a change in dates, should availability not exist on newly requested dates.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation will incur a full payment. A no-show on the day of arrival will also incur charges equivalent to a full stay.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 1650 per room per night, with an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly at the resort.

Child Policy: Where applicable, a child aged between 6-12 years may stay at a surcharge of INR 1650 per room per night, which includes an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly to the resort. Child below 5 years is not allowed at the property.

Activities: There is no room for boredom at this resort as it offers a number of diverse activities you can enjoy on your getaway here. From a number of activities within the resort such as a walking tour of the ecological initiatives, watching a Kalarippayattu performance, cooking demonstration, bird watching and more to those outside the resort such as a temple trail, a country boat ride and a visit to the fish landing, the resort ensures that have an engaging and dynamic stay.

Sports: Stay active and keep fit, even while on vacation, with a fun game of badminton, tennis or beach volleyball at the resort.

Organic Garden: Spread across 4 acres, the Organic Garden offers its guests the experience of picking their own vegetables to make freshly cooked, local meals.

Dining: The resort offers a number of dining venues where you can enjoy a variety of cuisines that are prepared using fresh ingredients.

• Club House – Adorned with wooden furniture, this is an ideal place for conversations over drinks.
• Organic Farm Kitchen – This kitchen requires you to take a walk through the resort's organic farm to pick your own fruits and vegetables and witness the chef in action as he prepares a delectable meal using the items you picked.
• Beach Grill – At the Beach Grill, you can indulge in some delectable seafood made using only the finest ingredients and spices.
• Palm Bar – A Stone Age style bar surrounded by palm trees, it is an ideal place where you can relish a special dinner and watch the sun retire for the day while sipping on your drink.
• Chakara – The Chakara lets you savour the best of Indian and continental cuisines at the buffet. Kerala's Chemeen Manga Curry and Kozhi Kurumulagu roast are guest favourites at this restaurant.

Ayurveda Centre: Qualified Ayurveda doctors and experienced therapists are available for consultation at the Ayurveda Centre. You can also indulge in a full range of treatments and traditional Kerala massages for some relaxation, rejuvenation, revitalization in any one of the 10 therapy rooms at the centre.

Swimming Pool: One of its kind, the saltwater pool is the most welcoming sight on a sunny morning. Take a dip and cool off the day’s tiredness or get recharged for the day that is about to begin.

Yoga and Meditation Hall: Here, you can focus on your overall wellbeing with a relaxing and calming session of yoga or meditation.

Nearest airport is Cochin International Airport which is 88km away from the resort. Direct flights to Cochin are available from major Indian cities such New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Bangalore.

It is also well connected by road. NH 47 passes through SL Puram, which is 5 km to the east of Mararikulam. You can arrive at the resort via a 1-hour drive from Kochi, a 5.5-hour drive from Coimbatore or a 7-hour drive from Madurai.

Mararikulam railway station is the nearest railhead to the resort which is well-connected to cities like Alleppey (16 kms), Kottayam (42kms), and Cochin (Ernakulam) (55 kms).
