Premium Room - 39 sq.m: Located on the ground level, the Premium Room provides you with a splendid sight of the serene gardens of the resort from its balcony. The room is adorned with sophisticated amenities, an in-room luxurious bathroom and a cosy king-sized bed or twin beds.

Superior Room - 42 sq.m:  Furnished with alluring aesthetics and advanced facilities, the Superior Room offers a spectacular sight of the Sitabani Hills from its private balcony, leaving you completely mesmerized. The room is equipped with a lavish in-room bathroom to let you have a refreshing bath, and a king-sized bed to keep you comfy during your stay at the resort.

7-day Change of Heart Refund Policy: We always have one deal better than the other. So, we understand your change of heart. Within 7 days of purchase, we’ll happily give you an option to cancel your booking, with a full refund, as long as the cancellation date is at least 30 days before the arrival date. For cancellations after 7 days of purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty apply.

Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 30 days before the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. The final decision regarding date changes is at the sole discretion of the Hotel and the Hotel reserves the right to decline a change in dates, should availability not exist on newly requested dates.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation will incur a full payment. A no-show on the day of arrival will also incur charges equivalent to a full stay.

Each package is valid for two adults.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged below 12 years) or 3 adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 4,000 per night, with an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly at the resort.

Child Policy: Where applicable, a child aged between 0 - 5 years may stay free of charge, a child aged between 6 - 12 years may stay at a surcharge of INR 3,000 per night, these charges include an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly to the resort.

Pantnagar Airport, 90 km (approx. 2 hours) away, is the nearest airport from the resort and has decent flight connectivity with the influx of non-stop flights from Delhi and Dehradun.

The city bus depot, located merely 4 km away from the hotel, is well-connected by road with a few major cities of India such as Mumbai, Delhi and Ahmedabad as well as with numerous regions of the neighbouring states such as Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. You can also reach the hotel via an 11-hour (approx. 600 km) drive from Delhi or via an 8-hour (approx. 450 km) drive from Ahmedabad.

The closest railway station from the resort is Ramnagar Railway Station, 11 km (approx. 20 minutes) away. The station has excellent rail connectivity with the trains coming in from cities such as Delhi, Chandigarh, Moradabad and Lucknow.
