Sea View Cottage Room (Moksha: Freedom) - 34 sq.m:  While Moksha is adorned with the same facilities as Ananda, including a snug double bed or twin beds, this cottage provides you with an awe-striking sight of the Arabian Sea to leave you mesmerized during your vacay.

Within 7 days of purchase, we’ll happily give you an option to cancel your booking, with a full refund, as long as the cancellation date is at least 30 days before the arrival date. For cancellations after 7 days of purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty apply.

Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 30 days before the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. Each package is valid for two adults.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 3,000 per night, with an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly at the resort.

Kannur International Airport, located 82 km (approx. 2 hours) away, is the nearest airport from the resort. The airport has decent flight connectivity with the availability of regular non-stop flights from the cities such as Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad, and connecting flights from many other cities including Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata.

The closest bus station is located about 6 km (approx. 10 minutes) away from the resort. Buses ply regularly for Nileshwar from some cities in South India, such as Ernakulam, Cochin, Kozhikode, Calicut and Thrissur. You can also reach the resort via an 8-hour (355 km) drive from Bangalore or an 8.5-hour (335 km) drive from Cochin.

The nearest railhead is Nileshwar Railway Station, located about 7 km (approx. 15 minutes) away from the resort. The station has functional rail connectivity with regular trains from cities such as Mangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Ernakulam and Delhi.
