For cancellations after 7 days of purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty apply.

Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 30 days before the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. Kottayam Bus Stand, 14 km (30 minutes) away, is the closest bus depot from the resort. The bus stand has both private and state transport buses running to and from the cities such as Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore and Hosur. You can also drive all the way to the resort via an 11-hour drive from Bangalore or via a 6-hour drive from Coimbatore.

Located 14 km (30 minutes) away from the resort, Kottayam Railway Station is the nearest railway station, receiving trains from various major cities such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi.
