Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged below 12 years) or 04 adults in a Mud House Suite and two adults and two children (aged below 12 years) or 3 adults in Cottages. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 4000 with an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly at the resort.

Child Policy: Where applicable, a child aged between 0 - 4 years may stay free of charge, a child aged between 5 - 12 years may stay at a surcharge of INR 3000, these charges include an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly at the resort.

Gondia Railway Junction is the nearest railhead, located 121 km (approx. 2.5 hours) away from the camp. The railway station is well-connected to nearly all the major cities of India, including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad.

By Road

The nearest bus stand is in Balaghat, located 80 km (approx. 2 hours) away from the camp, which receives regular buses from the major cities of Madhya Pradesh, including Bhopal, Indore, Dewas, and Hoshangabad. You can also drive to the camp via a 4.5-hour (190 km) route from Jabalpur, a 5.5-hour (254 km) route from Nagpur, a 10-hour (440 km) route from Bhopal, a 13.5-hour (642 km) route from Indore, a 14.5-hour (740 km) route from Hyderabad, a 15-hour (683 km) route from Ranchi or a 15-hour (765 km) route from Lucknow.
