Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child (aged below 12 years) or 3 adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 2,500 per night on basic package and INR 3000, per night on VIP upgrade package, with an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly at the resort.

Child Policy: Where applicable, a child aged between 0 - 10 years may stay free of charge on existing bedding and same meal plan as parents. A child aged between 11-12 may stay at a surcharge of INR 2,000 per night on basic package and INR 2500 per night on VIP upgrade package, these charges include an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly to the resort.

The nearest airport from the resort is the Kishangarh Airport, located at a distance of 40 km (approx. 1h). The airport receives flights from destinations such as Ahmedabad, Delhi and Hyderabad. The airport has excellent flight connectivity with direct flights from major cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Chennai.

By Road

You can also drive to the resort via a 5-hour (276 km) route from Udaipur, a 4.5-hour (233 km) route from Jodhpur, an 8-hour (412 km) route from Delhi or a 10-hour (557 km) route from Ahmedabad.

By Rail

The Ajmer Railway Junction, situated 10 km away (approx. 45 minutes), is the nearest railhead to the resort. The junction has excellent rail connectivity with a regular influx of trains from major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Ernakulam.
