Luxury Premium Room - 47 sq.m: Aesthetic and chic, the Luxury Premium Room is adorned with exquisite interiors and contemporary amenities. It features a spacious bathroom with a plush king- sized bed, a living area and a balcony that overlooks the valley.

Deluxe Family Room - 78 sq.m: Ideal for families, the Deluxe Family Room is equipped with twin interconnected double bedrooms with king-sized beds and shared bathrooms. The rooms all feature balconies overlooking the valley, fruit orchards and oak trees.

Honeymoon Suite - 41 sq.m: Ideal for a romantic getaway, this rustic yet modern architecture overlooks the infinity pool, the forest slope and floor of the valley rising to the Western Ghats on the horizon. Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment.
 
Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.
 
Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child (aged below 11 years) or 3 adults. The Deluxe Family Room can accommodate four adults and two children (aged below 11 years).
 
Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a per night surcharge of INR 1500 & INR 2000 for the basic & the VIP Upgrade package respectively, with an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly at the resort.

By Road

You can also reach the hotel via a 7-hour journey (300 km) from Bangalore, or a 6-hour journey (260 km) from Kerala. The resort is well connected and roads ensure a smooth journey.

By Rail

The estate is located approximately 100 km, 3 hours away from major railway stations such as Mysore Railway Station and Kannur Railway Station. It has great rail connectivity with a daily influx of trains from major cities of India such as Delhi and Kolkata.
