Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Pantnagar Airport, located 88 km (approx. 2 hours) away, is the nearest airport to the resort. It has decent flight connectivity with a regular ingress of direct flights from Delhi and Dehradun and connecting flights from other major cities, such as Ahmedabad and Pune.

By Rail

The closest railhead to the resort is the Ramnagar Railway Station, located 9 km (approx. 20 minutes) away. The station has excellent rail connectivity with regular trains coming in from various cities, such as Delhi, Chandigarh, Moradabad and Lucknow.

By Road

The nearest bus station to the resort is situated 7 km (approx. 15 minutes) away in Ramnagar. Regular buses are available for Ramnagar from Delhi and many regions of Uttarakhand, such as Dehradun, Haridwar, Kathgodam and Nainital. You can also drive to the resort via a 4-hour (187 km) route from Haridwar, a 5.5-hour (280 km) route from Delhi, a 5.5-hour (252 km) route from Dehradun, a 7.5-hour (398 km) route from Chandigarh, an 8-hour (407 km) route from Lucknow or a 9-hour (436 km) route from Kanpur.
