Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged below 12 years) or 3 adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 2950 per night, with an extra bed and breakfast, payable directly at the resort.

Dehradun Airport, located 66 km (approx. 2 hours) away, is the nearest airport to the resort. It has regular flight connectivity with the influx of direct flights from Delhi and Lucknow and connecting flights from other major cities, such as Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.

By Rail

Dehradun Railway Station, located 38 km (approx. 1.5 hours) away, is the nearest railhead to the resort. The railway station has decent rail connectivity with a regular influx of trains from Delhi, Lucknow, Varanasi, Mumbai, Amritsar, Kolkata, and many other cities.

By Road

State Transport and private buses regularly ply for Mussoorie from Delhi, Dehradun, and various other cities of Uttarakhand. You can also drive to the resort via a 5.5-hour (205 km) route from Chandigarh, a 6.5-hour (312 km) route from Delhi, a 10.5-hour (552 km) route from Jaipur, a 12-hour (788 km) route from Lucknow or a 12-hour (728 km) route from Kanpur.
