Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits, provided it is done at least 15 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

By Rail

Located 20 km (approx. 40 minutes) away from the resort, Thiruvananthapuram Central is the nearest railway station with excellent rail connectivity. It receives regular trains from various major cities of India, such as Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi.

By Road

Trivandrum Bus Station, located 20 km (approx. 40 minutes) away, is the closest bus station to the resort. The bus station receives private and state transport buses from various cities, including Bangalore, Ernakulam, Kozhikode, Thrissur, and Alappuzha. You can also reach the resort via a 5.5-hour (219 km) drive from Kochi, a 5.5-hour (307 km) drive from Madurai, a 9-hour (401 km) drive from Coimbatore, a 9.5-hour (394 km) drive from Kozhikode, a 12-hour (486 km) drive from Kannur, a 14-hour (692 km) drive from Mysore or a 13-hour (717 km) drive from Bangalore.
