• Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed as far as feasible.
• All guests and employees are required to wear face shields/masks.
• Every staff member and guest is required to follow proper hand hygiene such as frequent washing of hands and use of alcohol-based sanitizers. Both measures are facilitated by the hotel.
• There is sufficient provision of hand sanitizers in guest rooms and public areas.

• Deep cleaning of all washrooms is ensured at regular intervals.
• Thermal screening of all guests and employees before they enter the property is compulsory.
• Regular staff training is initiated for maintaining social distancing norms, hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette.

Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 7 days before the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. The final decision regarding date changes is at the sole discretion of the Hotel and the Hotel reserves the right to decline a change in dates, should availability not exist on newly requested dates.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Should your stay fall under the following dates; 30th September 2022 to 31st December 2022, all the cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits, provided it is done at least 15 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged below 12 years) or 3 adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 2800 per night, these charges include an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly to the resort. Should the stay dates fall under the following booking window; 30th September 2022 to 31st December 2022, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 3360 per night, these charges include an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Where applicable, a child aged between 0 - 5 years may stay free of charge, a child aged between 6 - 11 years may stay at a surcharge of INR 2240 per night, these charges include an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly to the resort. By Air

The closest airport to the camp is Nagpur, located 118 km (approx. 2.5 hours) away. It has excellent flight connectivity with regular non-stop flights available from major Indian cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata.

By Road

You can also drive to the camp via a 2-hour route from Nagpur or a 4-hour route from Jabalpur.

By Rail

The nearest railhead to the camp is the Nagpur Junction, located 93 km (approx. 2 hours) away. The railway station is well-connected to nearly all the major cities of India, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, and Kolkata.
