• All guests and employees are required to wear face shields/masks

• There is sufficient provision of hand sanitizers in guest rooms and public areas
• Guests are required to provide their travel history and medical records at the time of check-in and the same has to be looked into and maintained. ID and self-declaration form is provided by each guest at the reception

• Deep cleaning of all washrooms is ensured at regular intervals
• Thermal screening of all guests and employees before they enter the property is compulsory
• Regular staff training is initiated for maintaining social distancing norms, hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette

Availability: Bookings are subject to availability. To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on 'Book Now' and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select the available dates. Dates with a surcharge and blackout dates are identified.

7-day Change of Heart Refund Policy: We always have one deal better than the other. So, we understand your change of heart. Within 7 days of purchase, we’ll happily give you an option to cancel your booking, with a full refund, as long as the cancellation date is at least 30 days before the arrival date. For cancellations after 7 days of purchase, the hotel’s cancellation policy and penalty apply.

Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 30 days before the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. The final decision regarding date changes is at the sole discretion of the Hotel and the Hotel reserves the right to decline a change in dates, should availability not exist on newly requested dates.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation will incur a full payment. A no-show on the day of arrival will also incur charges equivalent to a full stay.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child (aged below 12 years) or 3 adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult (6 years & above) can stay as per below-mentioned surcharges, with an extra bed and all the inclusions available in the package, payable directly at the resort.

• For a 1-night stay - INR 4,071 for weekdays & INR 4425 for weekends, applicable for stays between 01.07.20 to 30.09.20, and INR 4,425 for weekdays & INR 5,074 for weekends, applicable to stays between 01.10.20 to 31.03.21
• For a 2-night stay - INR 7,080 for weekdays & INR 7,788 for weekends, applicable for stays between 01.07.20 to 30.09.20, and INR 7,788 for weekdays & INR 9,204 for weekends, applicable to stays between 01.10.20 to 31.03.21

Royal Cottage

• For a 1-night stay - INR 4,720 for weekdays & INR 5,310 for weekends, applicable for stays between 01.07.20 to 30.09.20. INR 5,546 for weekdays & INR 5,900 for weekdays, applicable to stays between 01.10.20 to 31.03.21

• The package rates are inclusive of normal tickets to Statue Of Unity viewing gallery, Valley of Flowers, Khalwani to Zarwani Ecotourism Bus Tour, Boating, Sardar Sarovar Dam viewpoint and Laser Show. Express tickets are not included.
• Entry ticket to Statue of Unity is not included for Foreign Nationals.
• In case of late arrival at the tent city, guests will not be entitled to missed meals or other activities.
• Amendments in check-in dates are not permitted.
• This is an indicative itinerary and is subject to changes or cancellations depending upon circumstances at the sole discretion of management.
• The management reserves the right to cancel reservations without any prior notice in case of any central/state government event/meetings/visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In this case, alternative dates can be selected or a full refund will be provided.
• Statue of Unity Premises and other facilities remain closed on Mondays. Guests checking in on Mondays for a one-night stay shall be entitled to visit the Statue Of Unity, Valley of flowers, Sardar Sarovar Dam View Point at 10.00 am after check-out.
• Guests checking in on a Sunday for a two-night stay shall be entitled to visit the Poicha Nilkanth Dham Temple on the second day of their stay i.e. on Monday as the other attractions such as Khalwani to Zarwani Ecotourism Bus Tour and Sardar Sarovar Nauka Vihar (Boating) remain closed on Mondays.
• Guests checking in on a Monday for a 2-night stay shall be taken to Poicha Nilkanth Dham Temple on the day of check-in i.e. on Monday as the other attractions such as Khalwani to Zarwani Ecotourism Bus tour and Sardar Sarovar Nauka Vihar (Boating) remain closed on Mondays. And on next day i.e. Tuesday they shall be taken to Khalwani to Zarwani Ecotourism Bus Tour from 09:30 am to 12:30 pm and in the afternoon from 02:30 pm onwards, they shall be taken to visit the Valley of Flowers, Sardar Sarovar Dam View Point, Statue Of Unity and Laser Show.

You can also drive to the retreat via a 3-hour (201 km) route from Ahmedabad or a 2-hour (89 km) route from Vadodara.

By Rail

The nearest railhead from the retreat is in Vadodara, located 90 km (approx. 2 hours) away. The railway station has excellent rail connectivity with a regular influx of trains from major cities, such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and Bangalore.
