Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits, provided it is done at least 15 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 1770 per night, with an extra bed and breakfast, payable directly at the resort.

The nearest domestic airport to Mount Abu is Dabok Airport, commonly known as Udaipur Airport. Regular flights from Delhi, Mumbai, and Jaipur to Udaipur are operated by Air India, Jet Airways, and SpiceJet. Travellers can hire cabs or taxis to cover the 190 km distance to Mount Abu, which takes about 3 hours.

By Rail

Mount Abu is connected to major cities like New Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, and Ahmedabad via the Abu Road railway station (28 kilometres distant). The Ahmedabad Mail, Ala Hazrat Express, Porbandar Express, and Ajmer Express are some major trains serving Mount Abu. Travellers may access Mount Abu through public transportation or a private cab from the train station.
