Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is 6 adults and 3 children below 8 years in Azalea, 8 adults and 4 children below 8 years in Magnolia and 10 adults and 5 children below 8 years in Agapanthus. 

Child Policy: Where applicable, one child aged between 0 - 8 years may stay free of charge with meals and existing parents' bedding in each room. The property does not have an extra bed facility.

By Rail

Kathgodam Railway Station, located 25 km (approx. 1 hour) away from the retreat, is the nearest railhead. The railway station has decent rail connectivity with the availability of trains from various cities, such as Delhi, Lucknow, and Dehradun.

By Road

State Transport, as well as private buses, regularly ply for Kathgodam and Nainital from Delhi, Chandigarh, and various cities of Uttarakhand, from where you can get a taxi to reach Bhimtal. You can also drive to the retreat via a 7-hour (321 km) route from Delhi, a 6.5-hour (304 km) route from Dehradun, an 8-hour (384 km) route from Lucknow, a 10-hour (410 km) route from Kanpur or a 10-hour (477 km) route from Chandigarh.
