Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits only, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

By Road

The bus stand in Munnar is located 25 km (approx. 30 minutes) away from the resort and receives regular buses from various cities of Kerala. You can also embark on a scenic drive to the resort via the Neriamangalam-Munnar route about 59 km (a 2-hour drive), or the Munnar-Marayoor route about 49 km (a 1.5-hour drive).
