Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits, provided it is done at least 21 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child (aged below 12 years) or 3 adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 2000 per night, with an extra bed and breakfast, payable directly at the resort.

By Air

Pantnagar Airport, located 142 km (approx. 4 hours) is the nearest airport to the resort. It has regular flight connectivity with the ingress of direct flights from Delhi and Dehradun and connecting flights to other major cities, such as Ahmedabad and Pune.

By Road

You can also drive to the resort via a 9.5-hour (383 km) drive from Delhi, a 10-hour (369 km) drive from Dehradun, an 11-hour (459 km) drive from Lucknow or a 12-hour (496 km) route from Kanpur.

By Rail

Kathgodam Railway Station, located 105 km (approx. 3.5 hours) away from the resort, is the nearest railhead. The railway station has decent rail connectivity with the influx of direct trains from Delhi, Lucknow, and Dehradun.
