Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible; however, would incur a 3.5% transaction charge.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge of INR 2800, with an extra bed and the inclusions available in the package, payable directly at the resort.

Child Policy: Where applicable, a child aged between 0 - 12 years may stay free of charge with existing bedding and same meal plan as parents. In case of second child aged between 0-10 years may stay at a surcharge of INR 1500 per night with extra bed and same meal plan as parents. A second child above 10 years will be considered as an adult.
