• All guests and employees are required to wear face shields/masks.

Change of Date: 1 change in dates is permissible at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 7 days before the original arrival date and provided that the hotel has availability on the newly requested dates. Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be completely free and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of FABcredits only, provided it is done at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Past that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would not be possible.

Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Maximum Guest Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child (aged below 12 years) or 3 adults for the Beach Villa and Deluxe Jacuzzi Beach Villa, while it is two adults and 1 child (aged below 12 years) for the Water Villa. Important information about transfers:

Domestic flights have to be confirmed 7 days prior to arrival. Return shared flights from Male Airport to Kooddoo Domestic Airport is estimated at 55 minutes. Return shared speedboat transfers from Kooddoo to the resort is estimated at 5 minutes. 

The standard luggage allowance is 20KG per person and 5KG for hand luggage. For additional weight, approximately USD 2 per KG will be payable to the airline directly. Considering the safety of passengers, in rare instances, luggage may not fly in the same flight, offloaded luggage will be delivered by the next available flight latest within 24 hours.

By Air

To reach the Maldives, you can get regular, non-stop flights to the Velana International Airport from any of the major cities of India, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Kochi or any of the cities of the UAE, such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Al Ain. An endearing host would accompany you from there through a 55-minute domestic flight, followed by a 7-minute speedboat ride to the luxury island resort located in the Gaafu Alifu Atoll.
